What services does Velex Infotech offer?

Velex Infotech builds AI agents and agentic AI systems, AI automation, AI receptionists and voice agents, WhatsApp AI chatbots, AI integration, data analytics, custom software, websites and mobile apps. Clients are B2B and B2C businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and India.

Where is Velex Infotech based?

Velex Infotech is headquartered in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, with a second engineering team in Noida. Work is delivered remotely to clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and India.

How do you handle timezone differences with US and UK clients?

The team works 09:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Friday. That is full overlap with UK business hours, roughly four hours of live overlap with US Eastern and two hours with US Pacific, with a written handover every morning so work continues while you sleep.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines depend on scope. A focused AI chatbot or a set of automations can ship in 2–4 weeks. A custom AI agent or a full website typically runs 4–8 weeks. Exact milestones are agreed during the free consultation, before any work starts.

How do you measure the return on an AI automation project?

We measure a baseline before quoting — how many hours a task takes today, or what a missed enquiry costs — and scope against that number. Success metrics are agreed up front and tracked after launch, so the result is measured rather than assumed. We do not publish an average, because averages across different businesses do not predict what yours will get.

Can you integrate AI into our existing tools?

Yes. Our AI Integration service embeds models, agents and automations into the stack you already use — CRMs, helpdesks, spreadsheets and internal apps — with no rip-and-replace required.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Every engagement includes a support window after launch, and ongoing retainers are available for monitoring, iteration and new workflows. Support runs during Indian business hours, with escalation cover for production incidents outside them.
